“The office was smart, clean and tidy with an excellent selection of refreshments. The reception area was a big plus, providing my clients with somewhere to wait when they arrived early. The staff were very helpful and anything I needed they supplied.”

“I booked two meeting rooms on two separate days at Cheapside and found the experience pretty unsatisfactory. On both occasions the rooms were not available for occupancy at the specified times and the meetings had to consequently start significantly behind schedule. In neither case was the room available in advance in order for the meeting organiser to make pre-meeting preparations, as advertised. The rooms offered for the meeting (of 6 people) were found to be of inadequte size for a comfortable meeting. In the case of the second meeting, the best part of the first hour (of a half-day meeting) was wasted because onsite staff were unable to give access to a working presentation screen. Eventually, they organised for our party to move to another meeting room and hold the meeting there. This was helpful given the screen in the first room was not operational - but again cause more upheaval and ate into the available time for the meeting. It could all be better.”

“This would have been very good but don't like the way that paypal is pushed down your throat. Most businesses have a credit card and I would have preferred to have been defaulted to the credit card payment page first not paypal.”

“The last couple of times that I have tried to book with yourselves, when I get to the checkout page and tick that I agree to the T&C's then click to pay nothing happens, I have to do it several times before it gives me the option to make the payment.”

“Easy to book, central location, quick confirmation and venue details sent were clear. Venue itself was perfect for our small meeting with all the facilities we required. Reception staff reasonably helpful but more interested in chatting to each other than welcoming us or making sure we had everything we needed. GREAT VALUE.”
