“I ordered goods to the value of over £200. I was told they were in stock, I paid for them at the time, that was on the 26th June 2024, I have heard nothing since from Mediterranean Linens, and not received the goods from them to date. “Half my order was missing so l telephoned the office who arranged for the missing items to be sent the next day . Very impressed with their prompt response and their products.”

“Probably the worst internet shopping experience I have even had. I never received an email or any acknowledgement that the order had been received so the next day I forwarded the PayPal receipt to them to ask if they had the order. Later that day I called them to check and was told that yes they had it. On the Thursday after hearing nothing about delivery I called again to be told that the order could not be found. A helpful man informed me that they had had a network glitch and that he would track it down for me and that he would get the blanket sent out once payment had been confirmed as being received. On the following Monday after still not hearing anything I called back again to be told that it was being sent that day. It arrived on the Tuesday. Blanket is ok, but I will never use this company again.”
