“Service is great, products are great - unfortunately the whole thing is let down my Royal Mail's ability to ensure the items reach me. What would normally be 100% for service and recommendation is let down by the delivery method (or lack of it)”

“Medino offers great value and a good service. It can be a little frustrating dealing with the pharmacists who seem over cautious at times, especially when dealing with medication that is safe to use like amd non- addictive. However at least they are carrying out due diligence but when you're in pain or fancy a hot night with the wife you want your order as soon as possible. Al in all I am happy with Medino and will use them again”

“Had an issue with damaged items which was resolved very quickly. Customer Services staff were excellent. Aside from the problem, ordering was straightforward and the parcel arrived at the time expected. I will definitely order from them again”

“Good value, arrived earlier than expected. Unfortunately, one of the jars of cyclax moisturiser was cracked in dispatch or transit so had to turn upside down to avoid further leakage. Otherwise, would have given a 5. Can’t send photo as purchased for my mum in Herefordshire.”

“Very happy with Medino. Their range of goods is wide and the delivery was quick enough. I would have given 5 but even though it was my mistake it could have been made clearer that the bottles were small, not full size.”
