Dog wormer delivered as expected, but product was too close to its expiry date to allow two wormings.

The products provided were as expected. The box, however, in which they were packed and delivered by Royal Mail was badly torn at the top, leaving a gaping hole and one of the long plus boxes was also torn and mangled inside. The contents were ok. The Royal Mail post woman who delivered it apologised but offered no explanation, other than they didn't have a bag big enough to put over the box. I have complained to Royal Mail but received no reply as yet.

I have no issue with the items in my orders- Medino usually has everything I ask for. The packaging is bad though. I order items in thin cardboard packs, and there is no protection in bubble wrap or anything else. The packs are therefore squashed in transit & bottles etc., rattling around in the box. It would be helpful to improve this aspect.

First time I ordered from Medino, I was very pleased. My order arrived the next day, which was perfect. However, my second experience was disappointing. While the order arrived 2 days later (which is not a problem), one of the vitamin bottles was broken. I contacted customer service with photos of the damage, but instead of promptly sending a replacement, they requested additional photos, including the packaging. Unfortunately, I had already disposed of the packaging as I hadn't noticed the damage until I removed the protective plastic. I sent the additional photos but haven’t received a response yet. The slow customer service response is disappointing, especially considering my positive first experience. I had hoped to continue using Medino as a reliable online shop.

I ordered women 60 plus but got just Women which have different vitamins than the ones I need for my age, gave 3 stars as arrived quickly, already opened them before I realised

overall from time the order went in till delivery was a bit shabby. got email telling me delivery tomorrow between certain times. got home from work, no package. next day will deliver today at such and such a time, got home from work ,no package. later that same day got email stating delivery tomorrow at and between certain times. finally when i got home from work package had arrived.

My medicine arrived packaged in a weird way. The cold pack didn't seem to keep it cold and it arrived room temperature. The medicine was in one side of a brown padded envelope but the cold pack was in the other and the envelope was folded. It didn't seem to penetrate the envelope enough to cool the medicine. The cold pack wasn't really cold either so I'm a bit concerned about whether the medications cold chain was broken in transit. However they were quick to process my order even with the consultation so I was impressed with that. Just a bit concerned about the delivery of the prescription.

Please be assured that it is entirely normal for the ice gel packs to thaw during transit. The gel packs are designed to absorb any heat that may pass through the insulated envelope, keeping the medication at a safe temperature during delivery. The parcel was very heavy and yet it was sent by Royal Mail instead of Parcel Force?? Our Postie was quite upset about it. I said I would feed back.

Products arrived very quickly which was great and very reasonably priced. However, they could have been better packaged as one of the lids had come off and cream was everywhere in the cardboard.

Medino service good. Prompt delivery.well packed. But faulty product. UTI test kit works with an app that won't download to my phone. Complete waste of money. Wish I'd read reviews of product before ordering. Wish Medino did not stock it.

Although the two items were well packaged they came without lids and being sun cream there was some leakage inside the box which I didn't like as they were expensive! Please ensure items that should have lids actually have lids when you ship!

Fast delivery. However, the free item that was provided with my order is no good for me. Vitamin D4 was provided however Medino wasn’t able to customise this according to customer’s needs. I use 1000ui but given was double the dosage. When you advertise, it wasn’t mentioned which dosage will be provided and my common sense says of course Medino will have to customise according to customer’s needs.
