Well I ordered some sun oil and they arrived in good time but there was no lids on them I only got half of my order as the oil had leaked all the box

I’m still waiting for it to arrive, I’ve rang medino to ask where it is , and now they have to contact Royal Mail .so I’m not very happy .

Bought an item off the website, it stated free postage however if you use Apple Pay it charges you… obviously I never noticed however emailed company and I did get a reply…no refund tho…

Hi Ian, As per our email, Royal Mail 24 is automatically selected as the default courier with Apple Pay Express Checkout. For free delivery, we offer a standard tracked service with Royal Mail for orders over £20. You can change this by swiping up before double-clicking to pay or by checking out through our manual checkout. If we had been contacted before the parcel was dispatched, we could have changed this for you however as your parcel was dispatched and delivered on the next day service, we cannot offer a refund in this instance. Too soon to know if the product is any good, but its delivery proved to be a nightmare. I waited in for two days while the Royal Mail failed to deliver it (no cards left, suggesting that contrary to their assertions they did not try to deliver it). On the third day I was told to expect delivery after 11.22 (a very precise time) so I went to the shops only to discover that they tried to deliver it at 09.46. Medino need to fined a better carrier.

Never had a problem before but this time the Fenjal shower bottle leaked from one of the bottles, so I only got a bottle and a half bottle. Disappointed this delivery

Not an issue from Medino but parcel still hasn’t arrived. It has now been sitting in the EVRI depot for a week and just finally got a message from EVRI today saying it’s being delayed, which at this point was pretty obvious

I am still waiting for delivery. I placed my order and within minutes I got confirmation. I immediately noticed an error with my postcode. Your email said to let us know straight away if there was an error with the postal address. I emailed within 5 minutes to provide the correct postcode. The following day I got an email to tell me that it was too late to change the postcode as the parcel was already dispatched. I requested that Evri re-direct the parcel to the postoffice. It should have been delivered a week ago today but I am still waiting. I will update this post if and when I get my purchase.

You placed your order at 20:28 on the 12th and was dispatched at 20:31 on the same day - you were notified of this via your dispatch email. We received your email requesting that your postcode be changed at 20:37. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are not able to amend the delivery address as most of the time, it would have already reached the courier and been manifested for delivery. Once it has been manifested for delivery, we cannot change the details with the courier. You contacted us again on the 20th as your order had not arrived to which we raised an investigation with the courier. Unfortunately, the courier has not been able to resolve this which we have discussed with you and a full refund has been issued. This means that if you place an order over the weekend, you are not legible for same day dispatch and your order will be dispatched the following working day. This information is provided at checkout when you select your shipping method. Although the service and delivery are both excellent. I had to contact Medino about a product that was different to the one displayed on the website. I have never felt so upset, I was made to feel that I was telling lies and they just would not take my word as being correct. I am a pensioner and do not own a mobile phone, camera or printer so I had to contact the manufacturer to verify what I was saying was correct and indeed it was. Of course it was I am not in the habit of telling lies.

Hi Susan, We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our service. As we have previously discussed, requesting photos is a standard procedure that allows us to investigate matters more thoroughly. It is a request we make of all customers in instances of damaged, missing and incorrect items and is common practice. Unfortunately, as we are a pharmacy that sells controlled items, we cannot accept a written complaint on its own for a resolution to be offered - after all, our customer's and staff's safety is our top priority! As explained, it is likely that the manufactorer has rebranded the product purchased without notifying us and we placed the product on pause while we are working to ensure all the information we display is correct. I can confirm that a refund for the product in question has been processed as of the 15th which we notified you of via email. I didn’t receive my order (again) as Evri are such poor couriers that my order got damaged in transit. The staff at Medino particularly Megan was super helpful and I have re-ordered and hope to receive my latest order promptly and undamaged.

Terrible to swallow…. always bought these but They have CHANGED tablet to dry coating which is difficult and dry to swallow Would definitely not recommend these NOW!!!!

Still waiting to receive the products that I ordered 12 days ago. Evri seems to have lost it. Maybe use someone else for your deliveries, Evri don't have a good reputation!
