“The 2 Vitamin D3 seemed fine. However, the inner seal was slightly open of the prebiotic, Advanced multi billion dophilus.”

“I made an order and I after a week I had to chase where it was because it had not arrived. Customer service were slow to support and I had to contact them multiple times for resolution. Eventually they resent the order via a different courier and explained that Royal Mail had lost the parcel. I would be reluctant to use this company again because of their slow customer service when there is an issue.”

“The rating reflects the fact that although the order was delivered in good time, the product (Valupak Glucosamine & Chondroitin) delivered was in the form of tablets rather than the ordered (and confirmed by the company) capsules (which are easier to swallow).”

Sometimes we find that parcels get damaged if they are not taken care with in transit. We offer alternative couriers for our service. You may find more success with one of these other options.

“I'm not happy with the items which I ordered and got different from the picture on the website. And I'm not bothered to do to return parcel at post office. It's not near me and waste my time. So the shop should update the product that you will sell and tell the clearly description to customer.”

“6 month till expiry date! Completely unacceptable! This should have been clearly stated and reflected in price! Bought previously from Amazon and BBD was 24 months. Disappointing.”

“I’ve order fluoride free toothpaste and it is not fluoride free . The delivery was fast and I don’t have issues with it . I just was mislead on buying something that I will give away and have to use another company to buy another fluoride free toothpaste”

“I bought Pyrocalm (14 tablets) from my local chemist for £10.99 which I thought was expensive so I looked on line to see if I could buy them more cheaply. I was pleased that Medino were charging £6.79 so went ahead and ordered 2 packs only to find that this price was for half the quantity so much more expensive. Just be careful and check exactly what you are buying before ordering.”

“Having restricted vision and unable to shop in an emergency, I need to keep a stock of items I may need urgently. This product normally has a use by date of about 2 years but this one has just 8 weeks left, not sufficient for me to have immediate access if I need it through the winter months, I will need to buy another from a different supplier if I have no use for it in the next few weeks, absolutely not ideal, old stock and of short term use to me.”
