“Usually great service and cheaper products than elsewhere. They got my latest order wrong, however. Ordered paracetamol plus but there was 2 packets of ordinary paracetamol in instead.”

Hello there, Thanks for your review. Any orders over £20.00 are free for tracked 48, however, there is also an option for tracked 24 which is an upgrade for £1.50 extra. If you are paying with Apple Pay, the option is just before you double click to pay. You can select the delivery option where it states the delivery section and change this to the free shipping option. “Hello,I am very angry and upset after having purchased Natures Bounty Turmeric capsules to find that they contained bovine Gelatin. They are advertised as being suitable for vegetarians and vegans.Bovine indicates that this is from cows. This is very misleading and I am sure that is unlawful to misrepresent a product. I will certainly not be buying any of their products in the future . I would advise Medino to check that they are not selling products that are not as advertised and will be expecting a refund . Ms D.Wellings I have since received an apology and a refund.I have also been assured that the product in question does not now claim to be suitable for vegan and vegetarians. I am very happy with the response and will continue to shop at medino but will be more careful when choosing products.”
