“Ordered the items & paid for them. I think they would have arrived sooner, but the Post Office as on strike. In general very please with the company.”

“I am an established customer with Medino having purchased Vicotears several times before, so I do find it a bit annoying that I have to complete all the questions again before ordering, because I am sure you have it on record. However the goods arrived. A bit late because of the Postal strike”

“Same service as other providers of my Xailin Night ointment but this time courier did not deliver to house but to a hut near our driveway entrance (400 metres away) It was rescued by one of our horseowner customers who delivered it for you.”

“Arrived quickly. Such a large parcel for 3 small bottles. Each bottle has a tiny number of pills ! All of the pills from 3 bottles could have comfortably fitted into one 1/2 size bottle”

“Great service, fast delivery, however even when you spend certain amount to get free delivery, I was still charged for express next day delivery without realising. It is not the first time, I think this should be changed to allow you to choose delivery options, not automatically applying the postage charge”

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. If you are paying with Apple Pay, the option is just before you double click to pay. You can select the delivery option where it states the delivery section and change this to the free shipping option.
