“Absolutely fantastic course. I feel confident now with no only surgical technique but what we should and shouldn’t be doing, setting up a clinic, cost implications but so much hands on experience and fantastic teachers teaching and supporting us learning different suturing skills. Most importantly the course was a lot of fun, the speakers kept you entertained and engaged throughout. Hugely better than previous course I’ve been on. Would highly recommend”

“Really knowledgeable, skilled tutors and the delivery was fun and memorable. I know it is difficult and we should practice ourselves, but a little bit more one to one on suturing skills would have been useful”

“This was a great course. The presenters put me at ease straight away and the lectures were entertaining and informative. All the equipment was provided. I felt that I had the skills at the end of the course to start doing minor ops. Venue was great too - nice food!”

“Joint injection- very good. Useful tips for day to day and advise on how to start setting up clinic in the practice. I would suggest more time to practice injections. There were long wait to each practical stations and I was not able to practice as much as I needed. Minor surgery- also very good course. Useful information, tips and advise on how to start. We could practice as much as we can as each one of us had their own equipment. Great courses and would recommend to colleagues.”

“This is one of the best courses I have ever attended. The course contents were very relevant and current; exciting actually. The instructors were very dynamic, lively, colorful, and far from the dry death-by-PowerPoint lecture common in such sessions. The presenters were very practical, innovative, and easy-going while maintaining high professional standards. Both printed and audio-visual resources on the course content were available before the course began, and simulation equipments were issued to do step-by-step, walk-through talk-through practical training. A detailed practice setup was given, besides that already covered in the printed material. It seems that they thought of everything which in fact would give you all the confidence in the world, limitations considered of course. The environment was very friendly, and how could I forget daily scrumptious catering including dessert Great value for money. Highly Recommended! Best Wishes”

“Brilliant course - excellently delivered by Mike and Duncan - ably assisted by Tom. It was full of learning in a lighthearted and fun way at the same time. Loads of practicals - cutting and stitching as well as lipoma, epidermal cyst (not sebaceous!!) and an abscess to pop! I learned a lot and my confidence has been boosted by this course. Great food as an added bonus! I highly recommend this course for everyone- if you have never picked up a scalpel or if you need a refresher or just for interest. I attended the Joint injection course the day before- equally excellent! Thank you for an enjoyable and informative course.”

“I would of liked to have rated more stars but it’s limited to 5 ! I cannot recommend this course enough. It’s relevant, evidence based and all the teaching is delivered in a fun, informative way. I would say if you have the opportunity to attend then do it, one of the best courses I’ve attended, thank you”

“As a non medic, I attended this course in order to gain more knowledge. The venu was excellent. The trainers very knowledgeable, and personable. I was given extra time as my suturing needed further practice. For those of you who dabble in minor surgery this course is for you. To finalise, I thoroughly enjoyed the course. It exceeded my expectations. The catering staff did a fantastic job.”
