Trying to upload photos of damaged and rolled envelope and wrinkled print, but it's not working. Please, when packaging a print, include heavier stock to keep the print flat. Heavy books took away the roll but not the wrinkle.

I purchased a print from Media Storehouse of the Giuseppe De Nittis painting "In the Wheat Fields". Instead of providing a print of the PAINTING in the 10x13" size specified, I received a 9x12" print of the painting with a one inch clearly faux frame border all the way around which was actually part of the print itself! It was as if they had taken a picture of the painting AND matting. What on earth were they thinking?? Beware of ordering prints from Media Storehouse - they sell really expensive tacky garbage.

We ordered a 30 x 20cm print and purchased a frame of those dimensions accordingly. The print paper was that size, but the print was not. There were very large white margins around the print and it looked terrible in our frame. The envelope was bent when the print arrived and the print was damaged as a result. I took photos of the envelope and the damaged print, but because our order was not of great monetary value, we decided not to pursue the matter. After about a week, after no post-purchase contact from Media Storehouse, I deleted the pictures from my phone. Some purchases are just best made in person.

When image files have a different shape than the chosen paper size, as in this instance, we offer two print options: printing the entire image with margins or cropping the image to fill the paper without margins. Customers can select either option based on their preference and your print was manufactured perfectly according to your order specifications. Additionally, we want to assure you that we follow standardised packaging procedures and take utmost care in securely packing our products to ensure they arrive safely. While this is generally effective, we do rely on our carriers to handle the packages with the same level of care. Your decision not to pursue the matter further is respected, but please know that we take all customer feedback seriously and strive to continuously improve our services. Ordered a lithographic print with optional captions,opting for one of the two captions. On my print you can clearly see where one of the two optional captions has been poorly masked prior to being photographed,leaving residual text visible. Careless work and not worth the money.

Ordered a poster of Fairbanks map. disappointed in the colours compared to the original held at Sheffield archives. The darker print makes the field numbers difficult to read and the legend is not true to colour. I'm Using it as a history reference, so detail was important. I'll keep it, but won't order again.

I sent photos to be digitized a few weeks ago (don't recall date, sorry). There was no acknowledgement of your receiving them and I have heard nothing since then. I used your mailing label printed off as part of the order.

Upon reviewing our records, it seems there might be a mix-up as Media Storehouse does not offer photo digitization services for individuals, nor do we provide mailing labels however we did supply a photo print for a separte online order. It is possible that you may have mixed this order up with another supplier? I tried to contact Media Storehouse by their contact portal, text and phone to no avail. I purchased a framed print as a Christmas present present for one of my sons. He came back from visiting Las Vegas. with COVID so I could not see him to give the print until last weekend. He does not want the framed print. It has been been out of the box once . I am asking if I may return it due to the circumstances. I cannot get in contact with customer service .

Whilst the website is well laid out, their aftersales service was non-existent. I purchased an item on the website, but never received any correspondence to confirm acceptance. When I tried 4 times to contact Media Storehouse my emails bounced back could not find any telephone contacts. The item arrived but with no notification.

I've checked our system and can see that, as per our usual process, an order confirmation and dispatch email was sent to the email address provided with the order, however it is possible they found their way to your junk or spam folders. Sold phone to them but price was more than halved as they said screen was scratched. Couldn’t prove it even though I had photo of screen and no scratches showed up.

The photograph arrived with multiple creases. The cardboard envelope offered insufficient protection in transit and the small "PLEASE DO NOT BEND" on the address label had been either missed or ignored by the postal service.

I am sorry to have to say that I was disappointed. I had ordered a larger frame as I had assumed that it would then include a larger picture. In fact it only had a small picture in a large frame.

We offer products that support a good quality resolution based on the width and height of the product and the digital image and we also recommend that larger prints, such as posters, should be viewed at a normal viewing distance. My purchase of 'Balloon View of Liverpool 1885' which cost of £45 is a very poor reprint of this iconic picture. The print is quite dark and definition of parts of the print are very poor. On line via a laptop this looked the view of this item was acceptable but there is no doubt that the print settings and quality controls are not to an acceptable standard. I will be seeking a refund for this item.

I purchased a picture of Supermarine Spitfire 2 / II. The image displayed on the web site shows the plane with propeller and tail. When i received the framed version the propeller and tail and hidden behind the matt. This now detracts from the overall image and hardly makes it recognisable. I do not understand how a professional company would think to cut of image details.
