“To our disappointment the puzzle we purchased was not the quality I expected for purchase price. The pieces were too similarly in cut and made it very difficult to connect the correct ones. The material used was flimsy and broke apart easily. The picture was beautiful but I wasn’t able to complete the puzzle due to the quality.”

“I was looking for a specific print, these guys were the only ones who could produce it at the quality I was looking for. Delivery was very fast and the print is exactly what I wanted. Perfect. Not cheap but it’s a good quality print.”

“I ordered a photograph of a painting I liked, I could not find it anyplace else. I was worried about whether it would be quality or damaged. It came very timely and the quality is excellent and was packaged very well--it would have been difficult to damage it--the envelope was very sturdy and the photograph well protected.”

“Ordered a Schumacher (Aiida 1995 podium) ceramic mug. Really great quality mug. Photo is generally good however, looks a little over-exposed perhaps? However, still a great buy. Still love my Senna mousemat - used it every day during Lockdown ;) Overall, would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Media Storehouse. Great customer service.”

“I ordered this on the 29th July for a friend's birthday on the 6th August. The delivery date given was a week later on Thursday 13th August. The gift was actually received on the 4th August. My friend was delighted with it as she is passionate about cockatiel. In my opinion the colouring is much richer & deeper than the box suggests. It is now complete, been put in a frame & is waiting to go up on the wall. All in all thoroughly pleased with this purchase & the service received. Would definitely use again”
