“Framed picture arrived at destination address but I understand it was scratched and, when I viewed a photo sent to me the surround didn’t seem perfectly smooth across the top, i.e. it came away from the picture to show a detachment shadow. I understand the recipient(s) are contacting you about these problems. It was a gift to celebrate 10 long years of study whilst holding down a full time position elsewhere.”

“I ordered this as my brother's birthday present to be posted direct as we couldn't meet during lockdown and I risked an estimated delivery date of the day after his birthday. In fact, despite Easter Bank Holidays, It arrived 5 days early. He was delighted with the fantastic 1000 piece jigsaw depicting a town we knew well from childhood holidays. Good quality and great service, thanks.”
