Thank you for sharing your feedback with this community. We're pleased to hear that you were satisfied with the quality of your photo print and the efficiency of our delivery service. However, we're sorry to learn that you experienced confusion regarding the addition of a border. It's important to note that the chosen layout option is reconfirmed in the order preview images on the Shopping Cart screen. Here, customers have the opportunity to review and adjust the image on the paper by clicking the "Adjust Cropping to adjust" link before completing the order. Our intention with the border option is to provide customers with the opportunity to add a small gap around the image to compensate for the lips of frames, ensuring that less of the image is hidden under the frame's edge however the paper size selected stays the same. We will certainly take your feedback into account as we work to improve our communication and clarity around product options. Once again, thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future, Graham.

We are pleased to hear that you found our service to be good and the photo print reasonably priced. We also wanted to let you know that hi-res files are not edited prior to production, making prints an accurate representation of the original artwork. However individual computers reproduce colours in different ways, making exact matching impossible over the internet. Images viewed on computer monitors have light shining through them, unlike the photo prints therefore the colours on physical products may differ from your screen view. We understand that these technical details might not fully capture the experience of holding the print in your hands. If you have any concerns about the accuracy, please don't hesitate to send a photo(s) for further review directly to sales@mediastorehouse.com.
