“Ordering process straightforward, delivery relatively prompt. Product quality slightly disappointing (railway poster card bought as birthday card) - I'd requested a cropped print to fill the card leaving a narrow margin around the image. Unfortunately these weren't even on either side - overall impression was slightly home-made rather than a professional product. However, recipient was more than happy with it!”

We've checked the order on our system and can confirm that the print layout on the card received was correct and as described. Chosen print layouts are confirmed in our order preview images on the your basket page, where customers are also given the opportunity to adjust print layouts before completing orders.
