“I have had great service from this source. Their photographic prints are crystal clear and available in several sizes. The jigsaw puzzles are fun. Packaging and mailing are well done and quick. I have ordered several times and they have never let me down.”

“The Frame is too thick for the print. I dye measure before order and the black is stark. The frame is a little shoddy as well”

On checking I can see that your order was received on 26th August and shipped the following day by standard mail which is not tracked. Generally orders take 2-5 business days to arrive. Royal Mail are doing everything possible to keep delivering during the COVID-19 pandemic but there are some delays due to social distancing requirements and a substantial increase in volumes so this may be the reason for the unexpected delay. We are sorry that this took longer than expected to arrive nevertheless we are glad that you were pleased with our product. Thank you for posting Veronica.
