“The size of the printing that I order can with 2 white lines on the side, which looks horrible on the frame that I order based on the size.”

All our prints are custom made and in instances where the image files are a different shape to the chosen product (in this instance 10x8 print) we can either print all the image or print on all the product but we cannot do both at the same time. To manage the difference we offer with margins or add crop layout options as well as add margin, filter and captions. I am sorry the selected layout selected did not suit the frame purchased separately but we do our very best to provide lots of detailed information and product views for customers. Your order has been printed as selected with the difference in the image layout clearly shown on the choose your product page and confirmed again with the order preview images on the your basket page, where customers are given the opportunity to adjust the image on the paper. “Good quality photographs of a couple of special places for us in Florida and a great price. Prompt service too. I’ve now purchased some made to measure frames and am very happy with the overall result. Would use this company again, as it’s hard to get images that are more personal and not your run of the mill, off the shelf images.”
