“I am sorry to have to say that I was disappointed. I had ordered a larger frame as I had assumed that it would then include a larger picture. In fact it only had a small picture in a large frame.”

I am sorry to read that the framed print fell short of expectations but we do our best to provide lots of information for customers, which includes dimesions for the print size in the frame (see info tab). I also wanted to let you know that we do have a 30-day return policy, so if you would like to return the print, please do send a message to sales@mediastorehouse.com and I will send you the return instructions right away.
