“Trying to obtain a couple of high-res scans for publication in a railway magazine to mark the 70th anniversary of Studio Canal's movie The Titfield Thunderbolt proved really difficult. In the end I got some - though not the ones I wanted and - as Editor - had to pay for them out of my own pocket!”

We understand that you initially encountered difficulties finding the specific high-resolution scans you were looking for. However, we are pleased to hear that you found some in the collections available through our License Storehouse. We strive to provide a wide range of quality images to meet the needs of our customers, and we're glad that we could help you locate the suitable rights managed license for your publication. Regarding the matter of payment, you mentioned that as the Editor, you had to cover the cost of the images from your own pocket. We apologise for any unexpected expenses however licenses do need to be purchased for commercial use of the images. We appreciate your understanding of the licensing requirements and your willingness to cover the cost for the appropriate usage.

“Fairly easy website to select size and color/bw - confusing when selecting caption with size. Got the - size/color but did not get the art title/artist...my mistake I guess.”

“Picture was good , packaging was rubbish. Turned up with 2 folds in the envolope . Should have had some stiff card in the packageing”

We take great care in securely packing our products to ensure they arrive safely.
