“The envelopes you use are easily deformed and photos arrive badly creased. Details have already been supplied.”

We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the damaged prints you received and understand your frustration. As explained in our direct messages, our smaller prints are packaged in strong, environmentally friendly, plastic-free envelopes. To further protect the prints during transit, we include a prominently displayed "Please Do Not Bend" message at the bottom of the label in capitalised and larger font. We take great care in securely packing our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, we must rely on our carriers to handle them with care on our behalf, and we apologise that this was not the case with your order. We do want to ensure that all orders are delivered safely and without any damage and have carefully reviewed the details you provided to us during our direct communications. At Media Storehouse, we value open and transparent communication with our customers and your detailed feedback helps us identify areas for improvement Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. “I sent photos to be digitized a few weeks ago (don't recall date, sorry). There was no acknowledgement of your receiving them and I have heard nothing since then. I used your mailing label printed off as part of the order.”

Upon reviewing our records, it seems there might be a mix-up as Media Storehouse does not offer photo digitization services for individuals, nor do we provide mailing labels however we did supply a photo print for a separte online order. It is possible that you may have mixed this order up with another supplier? “media storehouse had an interesting copy of a railway drawing available, but in low resoloution. After a request they arranged for network rail to provide a high resoloution copy of the drawing at the same reasonable price”
