The print was ok but not brilliant. Also it was really squashed in delivery and so had big creases in it.

Our packaging is standardised and we do our very best to securely pack products so that they arrive safely and this does happen generally but we do have to rely on our carriers to take care of them on our behalf and we are sorry that this did not happen in this instance. If you could send a photo(s), including any damaged packaging (a camera phone is ideal for this), to sales@mediastorehouse.com showing the issue we will be able report the damage to our carrier and arrange a replacement for you. Sorry to read this did not meet your expectations. On checking the order details I can see this is a print of an image dated 1913. It is an accurate representation of the original artwork as published to show artistic character and authenticity, reflecting the age and quality of the artwork we have on file. I'm enjoying the Triumph Spitfire puzzle, but I have 3 concerns: - Many pieces are peeling and will need to be reglued, once the puzzle is completed. - It's extremely difficult to make, because many pieces are very close in shape and color that I have had many pieces put in the wrong spot and have to reposition them more than once. - The quality of the puzzle pieces is not great, I have bought puzzles that cost less than half and were of much better quality. On the other hand, being able to have images of cars that I owned over 50 years ago is cool.

There is a level of repetition in jigsaw shapes with each matching piece away from its pair and we agree the image does have lots of the same block colours with very little variation making it more challenging to complete and also increasing the possibility of putting pieces in the wrong place. Nevertheless we're glad you think the puzzle is cool. The print itself was beautiful but it would have been better if information as to where the print was off would have been better as it was gift. Also paid for express delivery but it didn't arrive on time for a birthday present as FedEx held it over from the Thursday until the Tuesday. Was not given opportunity to send a gift card with the print either. The extra for express delivery was excessive considering it wasn't delivered in time.

All our framed prints are sent FedEx courier service. Generally FedEx deliver next business day however sorry to read, on this occasion, the delivery took 1 a day longer. Unfortunately, due to our production workflow, we're unable to provide a gift message service however our customers do receive an email on dispatch which enables them to let recipients know when their gift is on the way. Love the picture and frame but thought at the price the frame would have had glass and not plastic so little disappointed.

Sorry to read you were a little disappointed that glass wasn't used. Instead we use a high quality optical clarity acrylic (Perspex) which provides the same general protection from the environment as glass. Compared to glass it is lightweight and shatter proof, therefore less expensive and safer to ship. Thanks for posting feedback and I do hope this explanation helps.

Delivery was fine but the quality of the jigsaw is average so not suitable to give, as was my intention, for a birthday present.

I love my picture, but didn't realise that it wouldn't be glass, I must of misread or just didn't noticed I was also a little disappointed with the text been so small that you barely noticed it. I thought no worries I take it to a framer shop, but forgot everything is closed because of Covid, so a little deflated, as it is a present for for someone.

Here's some information from our FAQ page: What do you use to glaze the framed prints? We use high quality optical clarity acrylic which is lighter and more expensive than glass but much safer and less expensive to post. Sorry to hear the framers were closed but you may also have missed that prints can be supplied framed. Also we can deliver to different address too, which customers have found really helpful during the pandemic :) Thank s for posting; we're glad you liked the print.

Ordering process straightforward, delivery relatively prompt. Product quality slightly disappointing (railway poster card bought as birthday card) - I'd requested a cropped print to fill the card leaving a narrow margin around the image. Unfortunately these weren't even on either side - overall impression was slightly home-made rather than a professional product. However, recipient was more than happy with it!

We've checked the order on our system and can confirm that the print layout on the card received was correct and as described. Chosen print layouts are confirmed in our order preview images on the your basket page, where customers are also given the opportunity to adjust print layouts before completing orders. Quality of the board used for the jigsaw puzzle is quite good but the pieces do not interlock well. I presume this is a fault in the cutting process. I would not buy another jigsaw puzzle from you.

The image was a hard to find one so I gave this two stars. Unfortunately the quality wasn’t good. It looked like the size was too big for the poor quality of the picture.

I ordered 1230695627 on April 27. I received the puzzle on June 22. It came from England so may be Corona virus had something to do with it. But it was for an occasion and that purpose has long gone. I am glad it came after all. Hetty Gilinsky

Usually orders take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive in the USA but you are quite correct as significant delays were being experienced due to limited flights and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19. Recently customers have advised puzzle are being received sooner so delivery times are improving. Sorry this didn't arrive in time for the special occasion and for any inconvenience caused.
