“Art print and picture frame of high quality - beautiful. Packaging was good - no damages. Delivery was expedient and faster than announced. Only complaint: Additional customs charges of app. 9-10% of invoice value (due to Brexit) were charged by shipper (FedEx). This should be advertised clearly on the advertising homepage and the ordering page. Overall a fully satisfying shopping experience at a good, reasonable price.”

“Good quality images, arrived within days of placing order and was kept updated at all points of the purchase. Frame not as sturdy as expected and no instruction as to how to use what looks like the hanging hook. However, go it up and looks good in the wall.”

“Really was not impressed by the customer service or the quality of the photo expected much better, the frames are not of the best quality and not finished of at the back ie no tape and no wire to hang photo, just a small hook just like Ikea which are much cheaper. Customer Service did not want to known . First and last thing I will buy from them S Holland”
