Size of print did not match the canvas size so the shortcut was that they put a gray band along the top and another grey band on the bottom to fill the space. Awful.

I ordered a product on January 28th. I have yet to receive the order. It is now February 13th. I have received no recent updates nor a projected delivery date. Would you call that good customer service?

Thanks for your message. Your poster was shipped on 6th November. Generally orders takeĀ 3-6 business days to arrive, It is currently in transit, arriving at the NY distribution centre on November 11th so should be with you very soon. We will send you a private message with the tracking details.

Whilst I love the image, the packaging has left the image damaged top and bottom. I think the packaging was too small and this has put folds and crinkles into the image. I'm hoping that i'll be able to use the image by using a mount but worth checking your packaging policy.

The framing was so poor that it fell apart. I have now got the print re-framed. hugely disappointed.

Thanks for posting John however we too were disappointed to read your feedback regarding what appears to be transit damage. Just to let you know if you had contacted us immediately on receipt about this we would have been more than happy to send a replacement. We are sorry that you went to the expense and trouble of reframing the print yourself.
