“Photo print received looked nothing like the online image or the same image in the press, anticipating it would be good quality for £50 I gave it straight to framers, so dark it was a joke, massively disappointing. Was told that’s how it is so I sent an image of their photo next to a canvas the same size I already had with the correct exposure, first reply said no refund as it had been framed, no reply to the image I sent. Do not use, the quality of their images is totally unacceptable. £50 in the bin!”

“I was looking specifically for a photograph of a kingfisher for a 70th birthday present. It was very short notice as the previous gift I had ordered from a different company had arrived damaged. Media Storehouse had just what I was looking for. Even better as it came as a canvas, so ready to hang. Extremely prompt delivery and it arrived well packaged AND in time for the special birthday. The recipient who is an avid bird watcher ( the kingfisher being his favourite bird) was over the moon with this lovely canvas.”

“I came across this site when I was looking on line for jigsaws. This company can produce a jigsaw of any of it's pictures, maps including world maps, town maps. While not the cheapest, the jigsaws I have ordered are well made and were delivered quickly. Great service.”

“I was so dissapointed with the quality of the print I ordered,that I tore it up within minutes of receiving it.There was no way that it could be put on a wall!! I know ordering on line is risky,as regards quality,but I'm sure someone should have realized it's poor quality David Rogers”

“I bought the Babe Ruth 1000 piece for my husband. It is an impossible puzzle to do. All the pieces look alike. We are avid puzzlers and this is really one of the worst puzzles we have tackled. Save your money and buy the poster. Karen”

Oh dear! Our boxes have been specially designed and tested for protection, which includes double and triple thick cardboard at some points with reinforced tape used as well. As you can see the packaging does have a fragile sticker and generally they arrive safely but we do have to rely on our carriers to take care of them on our behalf and we are sorry that this did not happen in this instance. A replacement has been arranged which will be sent as soon as possible. Thanks for letting us know here and for your direct message too.
