We value your feedback and would like to resolve any concerns you may have. Hi-res files are not edited prior to production, making prints an accurate representation of the original artwork. It is important to consider the normal viewing distance when assessing print clarity noting that larger prints and posters are meant to be viewed from a slightly greater distance than smaller prints. This is to ensure optimal visual experience and to appreciate the details and overall composition of the artwork. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we want to ensure you have a positive experience with our products. “Ordered a poster of Fairbanks map. disappointed in the colours compared to the original held at Sheffield archives. The darker print makes the field numbers difficult to read and the legend is not true to colour. I'm Using it as a history reference, so detail was important. I'll keep it, but won't order again.”

“o.k range non-existent -zero customer service they send you half an image a cropped half image and then block you when you complain.wont go back didnt even recieve a refund or an apology for senbding me a different image .gave up walked away phone number doesnt work either.”
