“This was my first order from Media Storehouse and it was very positive. I wanted a matte photo for wall display, and your website had the desired image in seal sizes and options. It was printed on thick paper with high resolution, showing fine details. It came packaged well in many layers. Great experience overall.”

“What a wonderful company, very easy to find and order the picture i wanted (I ordered a greeting card) the card was perfect, the picture was clear and the recipient was over the moon! Delivery was spot on, it arrived in a heavy card envelope so the greeting card was nice and flat and not bent. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely buy from them again!”

“Two small prints took a long time to arrive, and were put in nasty plastic frames. These products are definitely not worth £100. I am disappointed and won't use Media Storehouse again.”

Thank you for your feedback Gary. We do our very best to provide customers with lots of details and illustrations about our products but we do believe there may be some confusion here as we do not use plastic frames. All our products are professionally made to order so we do need time for production, shipping and delivery however, on checking, can see this order shipped before the estimated delivery date provided when the order was placed. Nevertheless we are truly sorry you were disappointed with our products on this occasion.
