Sorry to hear you experienced payment problems. Financial institutions process payments separately and securely on our behalf and we do not have access to payment details. There are several reasons why payments are declined but all are outside of our control and, for security and privacy, we are not told why. Thanks for your feedback.

“I ordered a lifeboat print as a Christmas present for our son. The smile on his face when he opened it said it all. He is absolutely delighted with it. I would definitely buy from this company again.”

“Great selection, arrived on schedule, well packed. Bought a poster print version. Paper is high quality and sturdy. Packaged flat, so no "unrolling time" needed, but HUGE box. Some exterior box damage in shipping, but interior packaging provided excellent protection, no product damage.”
