“Still have not gotten the puzzle. The pandemic will be over before it is received! No way to judge quality but shipping is horrible and no one can even provide estimate on when to expect when I checked! Never order from them again! Terrible experience!”

We are sorry you are not happy with your experience and do understand longer delivery times are frustrating during these extremely unusual and challenging times Usually orders take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive but currently significant delays are being experienced in the USA due to limited flights and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19. As we confirmed in our direct message, the parcel is in transit and will be delivered as soon as possible.
