“Excellent range of images and formats at fair prices”

“I have been waiting over a month for my package. Still nothing. Hanukkah will have come and gone by the time this arrives which has caused added stress that I think we can all do without. I ordered early knowing things would move a bit slower this year. The customer service is not helpful at all and I feel completely dissatisfied with my experience.”

Oh dear, sorry you thought delivery was slow :( I've look at the order details & can see it was estimated to ship on 26th Nov but went earlier and was delivered on 26th. Thanks for your feedback but I hope you will agree this isn't too bad considering the pandemic & that carriers globally are experiencing unprecedented volumes :)

“The purchase is for a Christmas present, so there will be no direct feedback until January. I looked at the map on line, and thought it would be ideal for part of a gift. I opened the tube and pleased with the contents. I am sure it will go down well.”
