“Picture was fine, but quite dark compared to how it looked online. Was the only place I could get the specific image I wanted, though, so am overall, still glad I ordered.”

Oops, you may not have noticed that each time a different product is selected, the product illustration changes too. This is to show how they will look when printed. In addition to that, you can find more specifications in the info tab, which is located towards the bottom of each product page. We do hope this explanation helps. We are pleased you enjoyed our collections and also thank you for sharing your thoughts with this community.

“very quick delivery, could have had extra card in packaging as photo got slightly bent but not creased so was okay once in frame. The colours and quility of photo was excellent. very pleased.”

Our packaging is standardised and we do our best to securely pack products so that they arrive safely, including do not bend stickers, but we do have to rely on our carriers to take care of them on our behalf and we are sorry that this did not happen in this instance. Nevertheless is good to know all was well once the print was framed and that you were happy with the quality too. “Great quality print and speed of delivery. Deducted one star as print arrived with little ‘dents’ in it - probably when being rolled up. A bit disappointing.”

Just to let you know all our products are carefully checked by our quality control teams prior to securely packaging but we do have to rely on our carriers to take care of them on our behalf. “The prints arrived in good time and are good quality, slightly let down on The Gordon Highlanders Battle of Dargai print as there is a white band running along the top and bottom of the print which takes away the quality slightly.”

Hi Eddie All our products are custom made and in instances where the image files are a different shape to the chosen photographic paper size, we can either print all the image or print on all the product but cannot do both at the same time. To manage the difference we offer two print options (with margins or cropped). For mobile orders, cropping (image fills the paper) can be selected by ticking the Zoom in (crop image) box and the product illustration alters on the mobile app to show the layout selected. I have checked your order details and can see that one print was selected with margins and the other cropped so do hope this explanation helps. Thank you for taking the time to feedback. “The product, 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle was well presented and of good Quality materials. I was slightly disappointed by the resolution of the image. The smaller, 500 piece puzzle would probably have been a better choice.”
