Thanks for posting here Julie. We have also replied to the message about this sent to our sales@mediastorehouse.com email address. We do our very best to securely package our products so that they arrive safely and this does happen generally but we do have to rely on our carriers to take care of them on our behalf and we are sorry that this did not happen in this instance. We have arranged a replacement which will be sent as soon as possible. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

“Two small prints took a long time to arrive, and were put in nasty plastic frames. These products are definitely not worth £100. I am disappointed and won't use Media Storehouse again.”

Thank you for your feedback Gary. We do our very best to provide customers with lots of details and illustrations about our products but we do believe there may be some confusion here as we do not use plastic frames. All our products are professionally made to order so we do need time for production, shipping and delivery however, on checking, can see this order shipped before the estimated delivery date provided when the order was placed. Nevertheless we are truly sorry you were disappointed with our products on this occasion.

“Love the image I purchased but when it come the image size wasn't what I was expecting. The image was smaller and square with alott of white background making the size up I ordered”

In instances where hi-res images are a slightly different shape to the chosen product/paper we can either print all the image or print on all the paper but we cannot do both at the same time. To manage the difference we offer 2 print options for customers: 1) With margins - print the entire image, with any difference left as blank space which may result in a pair of white margins 2) With cropping: yellow cropping icon under the image allows customers to adjust the cropping so that the image fills the paper We also provide customers with a view of the image layout selected on the the "choose your product page" and confirm it again with the order preview images prior to finalising orders. We've checked your order and can see that option 1 above was selected. “The card is cute but the wording is not centered and several of the letters are nearly squeezed off the page. Not very professional looking. Disappointed for how much I spent.”

We were disappointed to read your review, nevertheless were glad that we were able to resolve this directly, after which we received further feedback "it really speaks to the level of work your company stands behind. I need the card this week so, in this case, I would prefer a refund between my two choices. With how courteous and prompt Media Storehouse has been in correcting this, I will definitely be coming back for future needs." Thank you for your feedback Stephen.

“Fast despatch, but I have been misled in respect of the Ian Botham print which is clearly NOT 30 x 20 and therefore does not work in my frames. This is very disappointing.”

Thanks for your feedback. The print has been supplied on the correct paper size. Where applicable for some images we do offer print layout options (cropped or with margins) and the Ian Botham print has been printed in the layout selected i.e. with margins. The difference in the image layout is clearly shown on the choose your product page and confirmed again with the order preview images and order detail email sent once the order is confirmed. We are sorry that you missed this information meaning that the print did not fit in the frame purchased from another supplier.

“Disappointed with the size of the picture - it doesn't fill the glass coaster, too much black surround. Also, a slight ripple in the image. Expensive for what it is.”
