“This was a total pleasure buying from these guys. Had an issue getting my card to work but they phoned me back and sorted it, humans better than machines. The framed pic is incredible and much better than I expected. Arrived so well packed and wrapped. It was jhanded to me carefully. I got a poster a few days later for another room and it was equally brilliant and arrived safe in a cardboard tube for saftey ... not a crease or mak on it, superb. This was when the automated payment system from the banks went nuts but an incredibly helpful and understanding young man phoned me after I sent an e-mail, explained things and processed the sale that arrived in days. I will be dack again for sure as their range and choices are second to none. I can whole heartedly recccommend this company. It delivers a very high standard of service.”

“The quality of the prints was not as good as we expected - it would appear that the pixelation of the originals was not of a sufficiently high quality for the size of the print & the borders were excessively large - I would have had without borders if I'd realised”

Thank you for your feedback. I can see that you ordered 3 prints, only 1 of which was cropped (with margins) To explain, In instances where image files are a slightly different shape to the chosen print size we can either print all the image or print on all the paper but we cannot do both at the same time. To manage the difference we offer 2 print options (with margins or cropped). We also provide previews on the your basket page, where customers are again given the opportunity to adjust the image on the paper before completing the order. Additionally we only offer products that support a good quality resolution based on the width and height of the print and the digital image and these prints should be viewed at a normal viewing distance. I hope the above explanation helps however if you should wish to return the prints, please contact us directly for return instructions via sales@mediastorehouse.com.
