“I was disappointed with the quality of the card the jigsaw was printed on. the price implied better quality. Normal jigsaws have a sheen to the picture but this is matt. Unfortunately due to an accident some water was knocked onto about 100 of the pieces and they have totally de-boned leaving us with just the picture. This is obviously not your fault but i feel that with better quality card some of the damage might have been mitigated.”

We do our very best to provide customers with lots of details and illustrations and always aim to deliver great products. Unfortunately warping. discoloration and flaking are all consequences of water damage on cardboard and paper and we're truly sorry to read you had an accident!
