“My father loves Hunstanton & making Jigsaws , this is the 2nd time I've used the company but direct this time rather than Amazon.The size & number of pieces have changed from 300-400 pieces which is good , item arrived quicker than anticipated being informed along the way , the only reason of a 4* rating is it's a little pricey but nonetheless happy with my purchase.”

“Everything is good but I would have given you very good if the processing time was faster. I also buy posters from Zazzle which is in the usa and I pay for fast shipping. I get it within 5 days of making my paymet and it comes from the usa to Australia in that time frame. Your process is slower and it takes longer to receive my goods from you, I get it much quicker from zazzle who are in the usa but mediastorehouse takes longer, I thought you would be quicker considering that its made here in Australia. Other than that its all good. Good product.”

We're not familiar with Zazzle, or their products, but can confirm that all posters for Australian customers are made-to-order by specialists in our professional photographic lab so we do need production time. Orders ship via standard courier however we will certainly investigate providing customers with the option to select express delivery in the future. Thank you for your feedback.

We can see that this is a panoramic image. When images are a slightly different shape to the paper size, we can either print all the image or print on all the paper but we cannot do both at the same time. To manage the difference we offer customers the option of printing with margins or cropped and in this instance margins were selected. Print layouts are shown on the choose your product page and confirmed again with the order preview images. Thanks for posting Dave.

“Delivery was later than day stated so had to make alternative arrangements for collection. Not easy as delivery address is different from mine. Thought toorder more art posters but found there was not much choice in so far as fine art reproductions were concerned.”

Thanks for your feedback. We've checked the details and can see the estimated dispatch date given at the time of ordering was 4th April, however this dispatched earlier and was delivered on 3rd so arrived earlier. We have over 3 million images in our collections, including a large selection of fine art. “The process of ordering this poster of the historical cover of Ms. Magazine was smooth and easy. The cover arrived relatively quickly and in good condition except for the creases, which I hope will not be noticeable when I frame the poster. Overall, I am very pleased.”

Unfortunately we're unable to check the order details as this review is anonymous but we thought it important to say that all our products are made-to-order by specialists so we do need time for production and shipping. “When I placed the order, I received an acknowledging e-mail stating the order would be despatched in a week and that I would receive further updates. When that date came and passed and I had not heard anything, I telephoned Media Storehouse and was then told it would be chased up and despatched, which it was the same day.”

“Good quality product, well packed and delivered in the timescale promised. Only improvement would be to give a more accurate delivery time. Some companies tell you to within the hour rather just the day.”
