“So far things are not looking promising. My order was supposed to be shipped 2 days ago but it is still printing. I have tried emailing but no response (I checked my junk and spam folder). After multiple calls, I’m beginning to think the phone number provided is not real either. I’m posting this in hopes of calling attention to my order so I can get some communication and customer support.”

“Whilst the website is well laid out, their aftersales service was non-existent. I purchased an item on the website, but never received any correspondence to confirm acceptance. When I tried 4 times to contact Media Storehouse my emails bounced back could not find any telephone contacts. The item arrived but with no notification.”

I've checked our system and can see that, as per our usual process, an order confirmation and dispatch email was sent to the email address provided with the order, however it is possible they found their way to your junk or spam folders.
