“WARNING - do not go on your Mounjaro journey with this company, they will not support you with maintenance. Their website says the following 'To ensure you can maintain your weight loss and the healthy habits you've developed, our prescribers can continue to provide your weight loss medications for a period of two years after your initial order, even if your BMI is within a healthy range.' This is NOT true. I spent a lot of money and lost 5 stone in 6 months, and got to 23.5 BMI, which was 2lbs from a BMI of 24. I was honest and entered my current weight of 9st 11 when I went to order my next pen, I was sent an email telling me how well I had done and that they would support me at my BMI of 23.5. Then days later and numerous phone calls I was told my order had been rejected and they would not prescribe me anymore. They apologised for sending the wrong email! Now I'm left with only one more dose and then nothing. I had planned on stepping down the strengths but now I've been left with nothing and no support. I even complained and was sent another email saying they would support me, then another message to say they wouldn't. So if you intend on losing weight and want a good maintenance plan DO NOT go with Medexpress.”

“I ordered my mounjaro on the 29th November still awaiting my delivery 6 days later. On the website it says order by 4pm and we will guarantee next day delivery well this is just a lie do not listen to that my order has been awaiting dispatch for 3 days and now my body is out of routine as I am overdue my next dosage. Avoid at all costs customer services also rude and not helpful at all. Women on the other end couldn’t sound any bothered and blamed it on ‘being too busy’ but then they are ‘guranteeing’ next day delivery.”
