I’m a huge ME+EM fan! I buy a ton of clothes from them!! I think their designs are unique, modern & flattering. The only constructive criticism I have is…I would love it if you made your tops less boxy. They can look very “”tent-like” on women over a size 8. Other than that I love everything!

Fabulous style for work and weekend, beautiful fabrics with attention to tailoring and details that make the clothes stand apart from the everyday. Mail order made easy, arrives quickly and returns are straight forward. Lovely bags for jackets, boxes for shoes and all feels luxurious. I can’t rate this brand highly enough and love the e-mails on how to mix and match the styles, the fact the website is continually being refreshed inspires me to buy more! Thank you for transforming my wardrobe.

I’ve been buying from Me+Em for years now and have had some lovely clothes, all of which have worn & washed well. My main gripe is the sizes in that they are quite large so not really true to size, particularly in the length (we’re not all model sizes!). However I can’t fault the quality of the clothes, and I’ve always found the customer service to be spot-on, especially with regard to delivery and returns. They are still my go-to brand, although on the expensive side!

Love MeandEm Sizing for me is excellent Love your clothes and am always recommending Top quality 😊 I am 5ft2in So wearing your longer dresses really does not work for me so knee length is great if we could have some more choices for winter One small point I would order more frequently rather than in big bulk if we were not charged delivery Thank you Me+Em

The clothes may be on the expensive side but the quality and fit is excellent.Customer service, delivery and returns exceeded my expectations which is amazing!

Have been a customer for years. I like that some of the items are instant classics and will forever have a place in my wardrobe and in that sense are great value. Eg a black wool blazer I bought a few years ago and more recently a cream/beige blazer. However, the prices are just too high now. What used to be £175-275 is easily £250-495 now! Just not worth that much. Your cashmere, denim and layering tops are definitely overpriced compared to competitors. Dresses I want to love but often hate the elastic cuffs and zip necklines. The quality does seem to be going down recently despite prices going up. In terms of service I’ve never had any issues.

I placed a very large $ order. The clothes were extremely disappointing. Scratchy fabrics, misshapen knits, etc. I returned every item except 1 layering top the on Sept 18, 2023, the day after I received by box. As of Sept 28, my return HAS NOT even been processed. The tracking has been showing "delivered to pallet" since Sept 25. There is no way to know when I will ever be refunded. Given the poor quality of clothes and the extremely long time to process a return, I strongly DISCOURAGE anyone from ordering from ME+EM.

Huge fan of the brand, I specially love the maxi dresses. They’re beautifully cut and very flattering in amazing prints. I’ve never had so many compliments. I could happily ditch every other brand and wear me+em exclusively. I’ve had couple of issues and each time it was resolved in a prompt and satisfactory manner. Having only discovered me+am 5 months ago, I would love an archive sale!

I love the stying of your pieces. However the trousers and dresses are not petite friendly and I can’t order any of them. Also, I’ve written twice to your customer service and have never received any response. The most recent feedback was regarding the poor quality of your delivery box. When my ordered arrived the sides of the box were crushed and made large opening on the sides. The items could have easily fallen out, which luckily for this delivery it didn’t happen. I sent photos to your customer service and it would be good to at least get an acknowledgment.

I placed my first order at the beginning of the summer. After not hearing anything back about shipping for a couple of weeks, I got in touch with customer service and received a less than satisfactory response. There's no way to track their shipping. I decided to give them another try and placed an order on 9/5. As of now, it hasn't even been shipped. Probably not going to order anything more, due to the unreliability of shipping and customer service as compared with other brands I love.

I'm obsessed with Me+Em clothes - especially the maxi dresses as their cut is so suited to me. All their looks are so stylish as well as comfortable and durable. I also love the varied prints each season and if I had to choose only one shop in which to buy my clothes, it would be this one. I also feel reassured by a properly staffed customer service department as any queries are swiftly dealt with and it's good to support a British company. However, I would love to see more shorter length trouser options, as being only 5ft 5inches, many of the designs' lengths just swamp me.

I have been a ME+EM customer for many years and have found their clothes to be flattering and the customer service to be fabulous. However, I have noticed in the last year that the quality of the garments have dropped off a bit and I do think that the pricing is getting too high for where they place themselves in the market and for the fall off in quality. I also think that some of the items are aimed at a much younger customer base which confuses the offering. That said I still think that it is a great brand which really considers what is flattering to women.

The quality of products has deteriorated to a point that is laughable. It is not merely the fabrics, it is the condition in which the items arrive. I recently spent 1500 GBP on non-sale items; I liked the cut of these items. I had forgotten that they would arrived deeply crumpled and that the quality of the fabric (nearly always synthetic) meant the creases were deep and there was no point in trying them on. I tried on one uncreased jacket which was, as ever, too big and then promptly returned everything with a note to myself to just give up on this brand....it is worth reading The Emperor's New Clothes as a metaphor for what is going on here! Sorry.

I can always find some to love in Me+Em, the styles are cut to be flattering and there re some great colours. All the clothes arrive nicely packaged too. However it would be great to have customer reviews for the individual items shown on the website, I always find this useful wither brands.

I ordered two items on August 8th 2023. Both were dispatched. One item was a dress for a special occasion. The package reached Memphis TN on August 17th - and they are still there according to Fedex (Aug 30th). I contacted ME+EM and asked for assistance. The reply said if I did not receive the package by now it would be registered as lost and I would be refunded. OK. That response is probably the lowest level of customer care I can imagine. As yet, I haven't been refunded and the tracking info says the package is still in Memphis. Super disappointed with ME+EM.

Love the designs - only issue is having to pay for delivery particularly when items are on the higher price end. Most brands don't expect you to pay postage for items over, for example £100.
