Great quality with beautiful designs, I've watch this website for many times and finally decided to give it a try. The pictures are perfect and the items were even better. The only reason I couldn't do 5 stars is the turn around for a refund, is very long.

30am and spoke to a very kind lady Emma, who helped and agreed I could wear the dress and still return it after Royal Ascot, which I was truly grateful, then I sent it back on Monday and sent Emma a copy of the return note and the refund was in my account the very next day, this was the first time I had ordered from ME & EM and after this amazing customer service I will be placing another order very soon.

I just love the Me and Em brand, living in Dorset I only buy online, I tend to order a few pieces then select my favourites which can be hard, I love the classic but unique style’s, sizing is great, I’ve had to order a few bigger sizes on a few pieces, I am size 10 but 32FF bust so depends on cut, I look forward every month what’s new, delivery is usually quick, packaging great, returns easy, I take to my nearest post office, refund takes about 10 days.

I've long admired your clothing line and recently ordered a few items to try. The quality was wonderful though the sizes I selected didn't quite fit. Packaging and very quick delivery was also a huge plus. The return process (free!!) was very easy at first though I'm still waiting on a refund. I will likely wait a bit before ordering again until returning becomes a bit more seamless or hope to get to NY to buy in person.

The clothes look and feel beautiful. Lovely fabric and styles. The fit wasn't right for me, and I had to return. That process is tedious and ridiculously long to get your refund. Mailed back on the slowest way possible. I don't know if I would order online again with the prospect of returning taking so long.

I've returned only one item, and I will agree that other companies have sleeker return systems--the ones where the items are inspected at point of return are especially nice, because the refund arrives within a day.
