“I recently placed my first order with ME+EM. Delivery was swift, the dresses are fabulous, very well made and true to size. I had ordered some different sizes just in case (the dress was for my daughter’s graduation) so returned those I didn’t need. The returns process was simple. I shall definitely be buying from ME+EM again and can strongly recommend. And yes…I had sooooo many comments about my dress at the graduation ☺️”

“Absolutely my favorite store! The clothes are timeless and comfortable and made from quality fabrics. The website is easy to navigate and the garments come looking like they are represented. Ordering and returns are very easy, packaging is sturdy & shipping is always fast.”

“Usually delivery to Australia takes a bit longer. I love the long lengths as I am tall especially the maxi dresses. The last couple of seasons have not had such a good selection of dresses or tops as I like the zip neckline and long sleeves even in the summer, dresses seem more fitted recently. Please bring them back. Loving the trousers and extending the sizes to 18, thank you.”

“This is my first order on line of Me&Em. I have liked, not all, but many styles. I tend toward Italian cuts given my petite size (5'1" and 113 lbs). I am not a ruffles person and was worried about fit for a smaller size. I was pleasantly surprised on that front and many of the pants just fit length wise. I also appreciate the fit of shirts, tops for a smaller framed person. In America everything seems to be sized up and requires tailoring. I also really like your fabrics. So I will order again. Keep up the quality of your clothing and your overall ease of ordering on line overseas. When I'm in NY, I will stop by your store front.”

“Have been a fan of ME+EM for a few years now and have many pieces. I love the quality of the products: the cut, the fabric, the way the items hang. Contemporary without being trendy. Definite investment pieces for me. I also appreciate that it's fairly easy to blend pieces from a couple of years ago into current offerings--very few lines have that kind of flexibility. Love the offerings for underpinnings with thoughtful details: lace around the collar; buttons to show under a sweater or blazer. The new swimwear is spot-on. I also appreciate that different pants styles for suits come in a few different cuts and lengths--that's important. Two things I wish would evolve: first, too many ruffles on dresses and tops. A few pieces like that would be great, but prairie tops are harder to pair with blazers and sweaters. Dresses with ruffles on the bottom don't always work for petite women, and I'm not an 8-year-old going to a birthday party. A few more sophisticated cuts for dresses would be great. Second, it seems that the clothes are made for taller women, so several times I've had to return items because it's just too much fabric on my 5'4" frame, and altering or shortening would ruin the line of the garment. Overall, I *love* the brand and will be shopping here for years to come!”

“I've long admired your clothing line and recently ordered a few items to try. The quality was wonderful though the sizes I selected didn't quite fit. Packaging and very quick delivery was also a huge plus. The return process (free!!) was very easy at first though I'm still waiting on a refund. I will likely wait a bit before ordering again until returning becomes a bit more seamless or hope to get to NY to buy in person.”

“Gorgeous, high quality clothes. As I am a new US customer, I hate the shipping fees... I didn't know my size and ordered a few items. Those that didn't fit I returned versus ordering another size to try - it's not worth the shipping and return charges. Free shipping/returns/exchange would encourage more customers to try ME+EM. Knowing that there are now US stores, I would anticipate shipping and returns costs could be reduced.”

“I love the clothes and have been buying them in the UK for some time. My biggest, really only, issue is that the clothes are 25-30% more expensive in the US. It really bothers me and I have bought much less of your brand as a result. Rather than having your customers finance your US expansion, why not get an investor. Or more investors.”

“Comfy clothes, the material quality is great, my favorite dresses now. The delivery to Dubai was incredibly fast and packaging is outstanding. I am struggling with the size usually , bought size 10 and it fits perfectly on me (I’m 87/70-72/93) I will definitely order more!”

“I’m obsessed! The quality, design and beauty of the clothes is unparalleled. I had an unusual experience where a pair of pants had been stitched poorly and so I reached out. They asked for a picture and they immediately refunded me for the pants. Wonderful customer service.
