I have been buying online, in store and through Harper, love Harper too ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ everything I’ve kept I love. Trousers, suits, jackets, shirts etc. wish they did an edgy belt range. Very happy so far and will always look to Me+em first.

I absolutely me+em clothes but they are very overpriced and my biggest bug bear is dresses not having a back zip - it’s near on impossible to not get make up on your clothes without a back zip and for the price every dress should have one!! Also I am 5ft 3” and even the short length isn’t short whereas Reiss’ petite selection is spot on!! Also had two pairs of short trousers and both were different lengths! I would buy so much more than I already do if the prices were a bit more reasonable and the service in store matched the said prices!! Quite often the staff just ignore you, offer no help or advice - this has happened to me in the Brook St and Marylebone stores!!! Just terrible

Wonderful clothes, beautifully made, that last. Just perfect. And I love the Harper service, a working woman's dream way of shopping... Sadly the aftercare from customer service wasn't what it should have been when I had a faulty garment, however the matter was rectified by the brilliant store staff so my review remains 5*

Beautifully made dress, fantastic print and fabric and so individual. Ordered a choice of clothes, the ones I returned were refunded promptly. Very easy to return them.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Me + Em. I just read a review that said the quality was not good. It is expensive but I find the clothes to be exquisite! I have kept some and returned some with no problem. I have actually returned a great deal because I want to lose a few pounds before wearing these clothes. When I am done with this diet - I am going to be in these dresses and shirts every day. LOVE THE CLOTHES and the customer service!!

I do think Me & Em has a place for a certain woman of a certain age, but for me personally it’s just not cool. The details are always a bit off and the cut is not made for its target market. The fabric quality often poor for the price point - it’s not cheap yet quite often polyester or mix of. Nothing feels generous or considered which it could so easily be with a few tweaks. The pieces I do tend to like are beyond me price wise £1000 plus for sheepskin coat or leather trousers. Like I said, it has a place but it’s not cool or edgy enough for me.

I have bought many items from ME&EM - in fact most of my wardrobe is from you but I have to get everything shortened abs have to wear your clothes slightly big - I’m 5’2 and size 4, 24 waist. There are are lot of clothes that I have to style in a different way to how modelled as proportions are too generous for the size. Love the look and quality just wish you did more in size 4. Cashmere bobbles more than other high end brands

Lovely clothes and for the most part great quality _ I think some of the more basic items are somewhat overpriced and I’d like a little less black in the winter palette - I also really liked the Harvey shopping experience having my favourite pieces delivered ready to try at home was luxurious and expensively tempting! Other than that I’d like more detail on sizing I find the sizes for a 14 can vary widely depending on the trouser / skirt

I loved my shopping experience. I was concerned about sizing. I was in London but the store I tried to visit was not open..it was 11am and web search said it should be open. There were people inside but the door was locked. Anyway. I decided to take chance on ordering from website. Your sizing recommendations were correct on website. I am very happy with my purchases

Quality is awful. 1000% not worth the $500 i paid for two shirts. I foresee problems getting my refund but we’ll see.

I ordered a product from Me+Em online. I received a confirmation email of my order and money was taken out of my account creating a purchase. Me+Em then cancelled my order and told me I could reorder the product online, where they had raised the price by $120! They told me the price was incorrectly calculated and I would have to pay the new price (which they have since changed again by the way, over the course of 3 days). They did not honour the original price despite legal standards that say that they should, and have bounced the price of the item around 3 times. I think this is poor customer care and gives me poor confidence in their ability to price items consistently. Disappointing conduct from Me+Em.

I fell in love with Me+Em with my first delivery. The quality is excellent, the styles are upbeat but still sophisticated and I wear the pieces I’ve purchased especially when traveling bc they are so versatile and comfortable! I have three complaints however: 1) the packaging is flimsy and the box is ALWAYS DAMAGED, torn, open! I truly am astounded that everything I ordered actually stayed in the box! Stores like Saks and Neiman have excellent packaging that never arrives damaged— your box needs to be upgraded to a heavier cardboard. 2)Most everyone I order from offers free shipping and returns except you! I’m waiting! 3) I have never been offered any kind of discount code despite spending $$$$! I keep waiting and watching, but there is NEVER one offered.

I shop at the Westbourne Grove Me+Em because the staff are lovely and friendly and incredibly helpful. The clothes are amazing quality and timeless. My favourite, recent purchase is the red silk maxi - love the length, flattering style and the fact that it has pockets. Can’t wait for an occasion to wear it and surprise my husband too!
