“Have been a loyal customer for years now - love your designs and the quality is amazing, with lots of unique features you don’t get at other brands! Also staff are very friendly helpful, and arranged repair for damaged me+em trousers of mine. Only thing that could be improved is the stores (e.g. kings road) are a bit small and can get very busy on weekends so you have to wait a long time for changing rooms!”

“Beautifully made clothing, in excellent fabrics. Some items I’ve now had long enough to appreciate the quality in manufacture. The garments are also very comfortable and practical-in addition to being flattering! Delivery with Royal Mail is excellent, in terms of speed and information provided. I will continue to turn to this company for staple, even though the price point is high for the High Street. As the same granny used to say, ‘If you buy cheap, you buy dear!’”

“Very well made clothes. I am a big fan of most of the designs. I often experience problems with delivery time but I leave in Germany so this is mainly due to the shipping handling from the service provider.”

“I am obsessed with ME + EM (I would say 80% of the items in my wardrobe are from the brand). Their designs are so timeless and very well thought through - I particularly love their tailoring (trousers and blazers). Fits perfectly, looks amazing and the fabric quality which makes the price worth it. Always get compliments when I’m wearing their pieces. Great customer service and fast delivery and returns. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the brand to anyone!”

“I love the fit of the dresses. I'm quite short so always big the knee length styles that have the elastic shaping ( or a fitted waistband) at the waist, which are always flattering. The flounce on the bottom is a pretty detail. The V necklines ( or the collar with the zips) and the flounced sleeves are also very pretty. People always comment on how nice the dresses are. I'm looking forward to the next drop!”

“Excellent customer service, very obliging and helpful. Goods delivered promptly by Royal Mail, cannot fault. Prices are sometimes a little high but clothes, on the whole represent good value for money, I order quite a lot and have only had to return one item that I felt fell short of the usual value for money. “Very good service - clothes are excellent quality although on the first wearing of one particular dress the elastic loop at the top of the back broke immediately!!! No time to change so had to improvise !! Otherwise all great -Fabrics lovely .”

“I was little unhappy 🙁 the t’s I bought are a different fit to last year much shorter and I hand washed them and both have shrunk”

“My favourite brand - lovely quality and flattering clothes. Recently had to start dropping hems by 3cm - could you do two lengths? Love the basics styled with tiny details, especially the sports detailing - would love to see more of that.”

“My wardrobe is full of Me + Em which speaks for itself. I love the clothes, the shops particularly King’s Road, the ease of online ordering, Harper concierge etc. I am a total fan. My only criticism is that the prices have crept up significantly in the three years that I have been a very regular customer. This year, I have even been known to shop elsewhere! So I invite you to keep an eye on the prices please and could I even suggest a loyalty discount?”
