“Im from Europe and buying from ME+EM is such an easy experience. Im 5'10" and delighted that I can buy a classic trousers that doesn't look like a shorts on me. I believe they do their best however the prices for European customers are a bit too crazy sometimes. If they have a warehouse in Europe (as many of the clothing is made in Europe anyway) it would be very helpful and I would definitely buy more :)”

“Love Me & Em, love the quality and the ability to build a capsule wardrobe with key layering items. I wish I was taller because some of the styles are just far too big for a small frame but at 5ft4 I am still able to purchase key items to elevate my wardrobe. Top brand!”

“I love the Me and Em clothes and the long lengths are fabulous if you are tall, however the waistline is always far, far too high. As soon as you raise your arms the waist seam moves under the arms. It seems to be like this on all their styles. Shame”

“Quality of products not bad, the sizing is off for and far too long for petite 5ft 3. Refund/return is taking a while and without resolution. The customer service I cannot fault though just their processes, I’ve proven that I have sent the items back but no investigation has taken place as of yet and now 9 working days.”

We appriciate your patience whilst waiting for your refund and I can see that you have been in contact with one of my collegues regarding this. It looks like your refund has since been issued within our return timeframe as we advise online. At present, we ask our customers to allow at least 10 working days for their return request to be processed from the date of posting their return. Once your return has been received at our warehouse, we will inspect its condition. A confirmation email will be sent to the account holder once the refund is processed. As my colleague advised we are more than happy to process your return request for your items with a copy of your proof of postage and tracking number after these 10 working days have passed. Thank you for your understanding and patience whilst waiting for your refund. We understand that it can take a while to receive your refund and as a business we are working on a new return system that will hopefully speed up our return process and improve our customer journey!
