“I placed my second order in June. Due to fat fingering one of the numbers in my address, the U.S. postal service returned it for whereabouts unknown. I moved before a replacement could be sent. I was assured it would be replaced. I trust it will and would be happy to review the whistle at that time.”

“I bought a Premium Electro Acoustic Irish Bouzouki and I've been playing it every day since I got it. I am super happy with it. The sound is exactly as it should be - however, the built-in pickup is not the best quality and a volume knob is missing but these are small things.. I am very satisfied”

“So far I can't think of anything but good things to say about McNeela. I've had my Phoenix Concertina for a couple of months now and I'm extremely happy with it. The bellows are starting to feel more relaxed and the sound of the notes is superb, especially in the lower register. I'm also enjoying the lessons from Jack Talty. The discussions on fingering and the air button have been very helpful. I would recommend McNeela to anyone! It's always great to get your emails too. Thanks for everything.”

“Every order or question I have put in to McNeela has been quickly answered by their staff. It really is a pleasure to do business with this company. If I had any criticism at all it might be that navigating the website can be confusing at times, but whenever I’ve sent a question or asked for help it didn’t take long for someone to get back to me.”
