“I purchased a bodhran and the tuning mechanisms started to rub against the rim. I reported the issue within 60 days and again last summer 2023. Unfortunately I did not report the issue within 30 days. You folks offered a $50 voucher but due to the time lapse would not address the issue. The Bodhran is now wall art...Cannot tune it. Having purchased TWO concertina's and a bodhran from McNeela I expected more. I also directed many musical friends to McNeela...Now I am disappointed and friends are suprised when I mention the saga.”
