“Got everything I ordered in good shape. Packaging was good with dents in the box, but contents were well protected. I'm not playing music with the items I ordered yet, but that's not McNeela's fault. Took over 7 days, but that was expected (in rural area of the United States). I believe it took about 10 days.”

“I ordered one of the entry-level wooden diatonic button accordions online and it came to my home in California pretty quickly and in great shape. I was a bit uncertain about shipping an accordion internationally but it all worked out great. The product was exactly as advertised. It's my first diatonic button accordion (I typically play piano accordions) but the tone is bright, the bellows are tight and I've been having a good time learning on it. Probably sounds good enough for a session. All in all, very pleased with the purchase.”
