“I'm very pleased with the service at McNeela, I had a slight issue with a tin whistle and they sent me a new one few days later. The flute was the McNeela Wild Irish whistle in D, and I love it. It is an excellent instrument for a beginner/intermediate like me, you can really feel the difference with a low cost whistle. In fact I will certainly buy the same in C for Christmas.”

“I’m sure I wrote a review before but being as reviews for companies seems to be full time occupation these days ,hardly surprising I can’t remember what I last reviewed. Banjo was lovely sweet toned instrument, service very swift .information provided excellent. I did contact regarding string choices as there was no supplied information as to what gauge was supplied with the McNeala 19 fret Irish tenor.”

“Believe it or not, pure Almond Oil for instruments was hard to find in the US, but McNeela has it so I happily paid for the high shipping just to have it. It took a while to get here, but only because of transatlantic shipping; McNeela shipped it out quickly. The oil works well and was worth buying the right oil for a good flute.”

“I purchased the Classic 16” Deep Rim Performance Bodhrán Set. Absolutely love this drum. Full range of sounds with strong base. Replaced my 14” tunable McNeela. I don’t believe you will find a better tunable drum anywhere. Am being gifted a Malachy Kearns for Christmas. More traditional I expect. Still looking at the Wave.”

“I run a music repair business and received a box of wooden pieces from a customer that supposed to be an antique snare drum. I was supposed to re-skin the drum. After much online searching, I found McNeela Music and ordered 2 goat skins. The price was very reasonable, the skins arrived in Canada and the drum is now re-skinned and has a beautiful, even tone thanks to the quality of the skins.”
