“Website was easy to use, and the flute arrived quickly and very securely packaged. We haven't tried it out yet, as it's a Christmas present, but this particular flute was highly recommended by our son's teacher, so we are confident that it will live up to expectations.”

“Had a question about a concertina, the Wren 2, I was interested in which was answered swiftly and helpfully. Bought the item at a great price and was delighted to see that McNeela Music takes no chances in shipping: extremely thorough wrapping, and the concertina was in excellent shape. Played beautifully on first try at playing it, just as promised. Will definitely be doing business with McNeela Music again in the future.”

“I ordered a Bodhran kit and it arrived safely in Australia much quicker than I expected. It was a Christmas present for me, from me. I got a bit confused about exchange rate and freight & after enquiring received a really prompt and helpful reply. I bought it on Black Friday sale and the price was good. I’ve logged onto my free lesson pack with no trouble. Couldn’t have asked for more- top service; now it’s up to me to practice, practice, practice. Highly recommended 🔯🔯🔯🔯🔯”

“The whistle is fine. However, delivery took 11 working days, considerably more than the 3-7 days estimated. This was nearly disastrous as, had the package arrived a day later, I would no longer have been in Valencia. The package would then have been returned to you. Luckily, it just arrived before I left.”
