“I ordered my daughter a flute for her Christmas present. When I got it out of my mailbox it was broken. I emailed McNeela and had a response within the hour. “The melodeon case is exactly what I needed. The price was extremely reasonable and the quality is great. My only complaint has to do with how long the case sat with US Customs (well over 2 weeks) before it was finally delivered on this side, but that is no one's fault but US Customs. Would certainly order from you again.”
