I have had another brand for nearly 30 Years & while it has served me well,... the craftsmanship of your instrument is "outstanding and next level". The sound has a beautiful tone and its richness is very full and lush. I play often with Miss Bettina Solas of Two Unicorns Music. Bettina Solas has a lovely singing voice, she is a talented autoharpist/multi-instrumentalist/percussionist and has been performing for over 25 years. My McNeela Phoenix compliments her very well, thanks to you. Mr McNeela, I am blessed to have a fine example of your Legacy in my musical arsenal. Thank you for personally taking the time to ensure that I very quickly received my Phoenix, it was excellently packaged and brilliantly in tune. The cases are sturdy & lovely to view open or closed. My only disappointment,... is in myself, for not having got one sooner! The last 4 months of busy performing and travelling have proved my Phoenix to be a valuable asset to both me and my bandmate.
