“Not good as was sent an email saying my insurance was up to early. So when renewed have lost 2 weeks of insurance on motorbike. This is not good. Also was sent an email telling me that the correct insurance date was due. I was not sent the documents for the new insurance policy by mail when asked for this. The man I spoke to was very helpful, but I have lost 2 weeks' policy worth of insurance paid for and no credit offered.”

“The process was easy to follow but the transaction did not clear after a long wait. I phoned the insurance provider and they pushed for the upsell on the chosen policy immediately after the call started. Bit naughty I thought.”

“It is a useful service but me-too. Can get the same result from any comparison site. If you have a bike in London, for example, it means you have only one or (at best) two options. Also no wanrings about MCE who have just failed all their customers. In summary I would like to use MCN but it should add more specific value to motorocyclists.”

“Although your comparison site is good for individual bikes, I found that it doesn't work well for multi bike cover. And I didn't really save anything on the premium, but I was able to get lower excess. With hindsight I might have been better off use Go Compare, as they include excess cover.”

“Went with MCN compare and took out a policy with One Call Insurance, is wasn't the cheapest but still competitive. One Call should be called Many Emails and Online Chat Insurance as you can't call them and when you send them information they don't seem to receive it. After being told that they are canceling my insurance despite me sending them the information and another online chat I don't feel great about using MCN again if this is the standard of insurance provider.”

“Not the cheapest but good .The only thing which was not right was all insurance ask if a pillon is going on bike why .helmet and jacket cover is extra which is a con, mileage why ,extra fees which is a con, All insurnace is part of the banks which are making biking harder,”

“Sorry but was a bit surprised that the question of modification s didn't arise during the mcn search or on the actual insurers purchase sites. I spent more time on the phone than I would have done in the '80's driving into town to buy from an actual person at a broker's.”

“Most of my friends, like me, have more than 1 motorbike, so to get a quote for 1 rarely counts. However, it is noted and normally taken up amongst other favoured companies for comparison. I've asked on other occasions, why not multibike options?”
