“Very good service. I searched for quotes about 4 to 5 weeks before my renewal quote arrived. MCN Compare had already given several more competitive quotes. This meant I could quickly arrange new cover, on line with no fuss what so ever. Highly recommended I will use it again next year.”

“I got a policy from RCIB which turned out to be a scam. Once they had my money it was impossible to contact them either online or by phone, the customer portal was down and I was left on hold for over half an hour when I eventually go through on the phone, then put on hold again for another 40 minutes, I got nowhere. MCN need to be careful who they recommend.”

“On numerous occasions I've updated my status file only to find when I buy insurance the information does not transfer to them. This is really annoying as they chase me for updates. My Christian name is still showing (Dtsn)”

“Could not get a quote as the app would not accept my date of birth. This was probably because I passed my test at 16 and the app will not accept that (probably an app modified from a car drivers app). Emailed MCN Compare about it but got no response. Tried several times - waste of time.”
